Chai Blossom Toddy
Serves 1
6 oz boiling hot water
1 tea bag of chai spiced tea
1 1/2 TB brown sugar
1/2 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz aged spanish-style rum
2 dashes angostura bitters
Combine the hot water and tea bag in a mug and steep for 3 minutes. Taste carefully and allow the tea to steep a couple more minutes if you like a stronger the flavor, then remove the tea bag. Stir in the brown sugar, then the lime juice, rum and bitters.

I loved this drink! It felt like a boozy trip to starbucks.
I feel like this will be in my drink rotation from now on because I always have these ingredients on hand.
So distracting! How can I focus on drinking when their family puppy sat staring at me the whole time?!
Tracy even had a cute little to-go cup for me so I could enjoy the beverage warm at home.
